There are two different withdrawal limits based on your KYC level. Please contact your Key Accounts manager for more information.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Members are required to complete KYC process in order to obtain the BK8 Exclusive Debit Card.
2. Kindly note that the credit requests are only processed on weekdays during working hours.
3. A withdrawal fee may be levied for cash withdrawals conducted with the bank card. The fee will be deducted from your account balance at the time of the withdrawal. For international withdrawals, the following fees apply:
   – ATM/Cash Withdrawals: A transaction charge of 1.5% + USD 4.50 will be applied.
   – Purchase (POS): A transaction charge of USD 2.50 will be applied.
4. A withdrawal cap will be imposed for transactions made at ATMs and Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals.  
5. BK8 is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the unauthorized use of your bank card.
6. BK8 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your bank card at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions or suspected fraud.
7. BK8 reserves the right to modify, cancel, suspend, or terminate the promotion and/or change the terms of the said promotion at any time without prior notice.
8. BK8 is the sole arbiter of the promotion, and its decision is final.
9. Participating members must accept and comply with all the terms mentioned above as well as all relevant rules and regulations stated on the BK8 website.
